1. Orders are placed by submitting a payment transaction ID. Delivery starts only after our team verifies the payment.

2. Delivery estimates shown on each product are indicative. Most orders are delivered within 1-3 hours of confirmation.

3. For crypto and dollar products, the wallet or receiving account address you provide is final. We are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong address you supplied.

4. Refunds are issued only when an order cannot be fulfilled by us. Digital goods already delivered are non-refundable.

5. Providing a false transaction ID or fraudulent payment proof will result in permanent account suspension.

6. You must use purchased products in accordance with the rules of the underlying platform.
